Bear Lodge Check-In Policy and Rental Agreement:

Once reservation request has been received, rental agreements signed and payment received, you will be sent the information to access Bear Lodge via email or text.  We do ask that our renters adhere to our check-in/check-out times.  

*FYI - There are external security cameras on the property, one on each porch.  They will be disarmed upon your arrival.

Check-In Time is 2:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM

o  Early check-in or a late check-out may be available.  Please contact owner for availability

•  Inspect Cabin for cleanliness. If ANYTHING is not acceptable, do not hesitate to call us.  Report Complaints Immediately Upon Arrival.
• Get Settled in Your Room(s)
• Check to make sure Ice Maker is running
• Have fun!

Bear Lodge Check-Out Checklist – we hope you enjoyed your stay!

• Please sign our Guestbook
• ALL trash must be bagged and taken out to the dumpster
• Place all used sheets and towels on the bathroom floor
• Load and run the dishwasher.  Do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink or on the counters
• Remove any opened food items from the refrigerator.
• Wipe out and empty the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets of all items you brought to the home.
• Please leave furniture, TVs, games arranged as you found them.
• Turn off lights, ceiling fans or other electronics
• You can adjust the thermostat during your stay, when you leave don’t worry about re-setting it, we will adjust remotely
• Check under all beds, sofas, and in all drawers and closets for your belongings.
• Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Leave key inside lock box
• Please depart by 11 am so we can prepare the house for our next set of guests - Have a safe trip home!
